These terms govern the use of the Offside Originals online store and the purchase of products through this website.

General information

Offside Originals offers original products inspired by football culture, streetwear and visual archive. Our designs are original and do not represent official products from clubs, federations, tournaments or sportswear brands unless expressly stated.

Made-to-order production

Many products are produced or prepared after the order is confirmed. Timelines therefore include production and shipping.

Products made for the order

The customer selects the piece, size, variant, finish and, where applicable, name, number, text or configuration. When a product is made to those specifications or is clearly personalised, returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice or personal preference are not accepted, except in cases of defect, damage or product error.

Prices and availability

Shipping is included in the product price for Spain, Andorra, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. For other available destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors before accepting or processing an order.

Orders and shipping

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct. If you notice an address, size or personalisation error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, changes may not be possible.

Customs and import charges

Most pieces are produced in the European Union. In some cases, availability, quality or logistics may require a piece to be made or dispatched from another territory. Depending on the dispatch origin and destination, the order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees not collected at checkout. These charges are payable by the recipient. Returns and issues

Returns, refunds and incidents are handled according to our returns and refunds policy. If a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will review it and take responsibility for the appropriate solution.

Intellectual property

Offside Originals designs, texts, images, collection names and visual elements belong to Offside Originals or their respective owners. Copying, reselling, reproducing or exploiting them without authorisation is not permitted.
