Returns and Refunds Policy

Offside Originals works with made-to-order production: each piece is produced or prepared specifically for the confirmed order. Our goal is that you receive a correct, well-produced item that matches what you bought.

A piece made for your order

Our products do not come from mass stock. They are produced according to the selected piece, size, variant, finish and, where applicable, name, number, text or configuration chosen by the customer.

When a product is made to your specifications or is clearly personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice or personal preference. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a defective item, transport damage, a print error or a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue and sharp photos of the defect, the full product and the label or packaging where relevant.

Once confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund or the appropriate solution depending on the case.

Please check the size guide, product description and any personalisation before confirming your order. If you are unsure, email us before buying and we will help you choose more safely.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The time needed to receive the money may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
