Shipping Policy

Offside Originals works with made-to-order production. Each piece is prepared after the order is confirmed: we do not produce mass stock or ship generic products from an anonymous warehouse.

This lets us take better care of each drop, but it also means timelines include two phases: production and transport.

Made-to-order production

Most products need 3 to 7 business days of production before leaving the workshop. During high demand, launches or supplier incidents, this can vary.

Shipping

After production, transport usually takes 3 to 10 business days in Spain and the European Union. For international destinations, timelines may vary depending on country, customs and carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the product price for Spain, Andorra, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. For other available international destinations, the shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Tracking

When the carrier provides it, you will receive a tracking link by email. If an order includes products prepared by different suppliers, it may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and taxes

Most of our pieces are produced in the European Union. In some cases, availability, quality or logistics may require a piece to be made or dispatched from another territory.

Depending on the dispatch origin and destination country, the order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees. When these charges have not been collected at checkout, the recipient may need to pay them before delivery.

Delayed orders

If your order clearly exceeds the estimated timeframe, email us with your order number and we will check the status with the supplier or carrier.

Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for checking the address before confirming the order. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production or shipping, changes may not be possible.
