Orders and issues

If you already placed an order, include your order number so we can find it quickly. If the product arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos of the full item, the affected detail and the label or packaging when relevant.

Made-to-order production

Most Offside pieces are produced after purchase. That helps us avoid mass stock, but it also means each order needs a little production time before shipping. Delivery estimates and available options appear at checkout.
