Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship selected products internationally. Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery country.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Orders ship with tracking when the carrier or fulfilment partner supports it.

Are products made to order?

Yes. Most Offside Originals products are made to order to avoid mass stock. Please check the size guide carefully before buying.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to local duties, import taxes or carrier fees. If those charges are not collected at checkout, they may be requested before delivery.

Can I return my order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
