From confirmation to your door

Most Offside pieces begin production after the order is confirmed. Shipping is included in Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. For other destinations, checkout shows the available cost before payment. Afterwards, production and shipping updates are sent by email.

How it works

1. Order confirmed

We check the selected variant and order details before production begins.

2. Production

Your piece is printed, sewn or embroidered for the order. The estimate depends on the product and is communicated during purchase.

3. Transit

Transit time depends on the destination and carrier. We send tracking details when the carrier provides them.

Costs, taxes and customs

No shipping cost is added at checkout for Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States. For other destinations, the available cost is shown before payment. Some international shipments may incur duties, import VAT or carrier handling charges that were not collected at checkout.

Orders in separate parcels

If an order contains pieces prepared by different workshops, it may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different dates. Each shipment has its own tracking when available.
